Disappointing
the front staff was polite. I was referred to Dr. Donovan by a Knee and Hip Physician to have a procedure done. The wait was very LONG. When I finally saw him, he explained everything in a very monotone manner. Went through the process and after would not go over the results with me. Stated he was sending them back to the referring Physician. When my Knee Dr. called he couldn’t explain hardly any of it to me because that’s not his specialty. So, I have to go to another specialist to get a better understanding of my diagnosis. Glad I got the test and will soon have answer, but will not go back to him.

Waiting to see Dr., but the male assistant took my ID and insurance card, said he'd scan them and give them right back. I've watched him take out the trash, and texting on his phone for 30 minutes, and asked receptionist 2x, he hasn't even scanned them. Sitting on his desk and he is NOT working or even busy.
