Dismissive
Dr. Curran was dismissive with concerns I had regarding an important issue, I needed him to fill paperwork for my job regarding my health. He refused and pawned the paperwork off to his nurse who was supposed to get back to me. I had to call multiple times over a few weeks and when the office finally got back to me they filled it out completely incorrect. Another few weeks of calling and got nowhere. Complained to SouthCoast directly and they were also no help at all. Now I have to wait months for an appointment with another cardiologist after dealing with the negligence of Dr. Currans office since June. No accountability and complete disregard for a patients needs.

Exceptional physician
This is my husband’s cardiologist. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Curran and his entire team. He is exceptionally kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Very approachable, never seems the least bit hurried despite a huge number of patients. He has a very balanced, common sense approach to issues and is supportive of family members taking extra time to make sure they understand, have the necessary tools and support, and do not feel isolated or alone. His office staff is exceptional demonstrating the same patience, kindness, professionalism and commitment to patient care.
