Incompetant all around
Dr. Chen has been my primary care physician at Kaiser for years. I dread seeing him because his bedside manner is so terrible. He rolls his eyes at me, speaks in a bored, condescending, monotone voice, and rarely makes eye contact with me. I have severe PTSD and do not feel comfortable sharing details of my trauma. Dr. Chen has asked invasive questions about my personal life and then treated me as if I was overreacting when I became guarded, and has made "jokes" that aren't funny. As for medical care, he does the bare minimum, sometimes less. It's sad that someone with so much power can be so bad at their job with no repercussions. I'd like to switch doctors, but Kaiser makes that difficult.

Where do I start! This is the worst doctor on the planet. I don't know how he is even a doctor at all. The worst bedside manner. NOT compassionate at ALL! Mom has a rare disease that is complicated to treat, which is possibly terminal. He may be smart, but don't let that fool you. He told my mother in a very stern voice that she would die. Pherhaps, that's something he read, but doctors took an othe to help people get through difficult times. He should not work in this field
