New Patient - First Appointment
I was very impressed with Dr DeHoyos, the Respiratory Therapist, Danny, who completed my Pulmonary Function Test, the Medical Assistant and the front office staff. Dr. DeHoyos reviewed my medical records and test results and explained my health condition. He ordered additional tests and scheduled a follow up appointment. He identified an immediate need for the addition of oxygen and pulmonary rehabilitation. Dr. DeHoyos encouraged me to ask questions and offered information clearly and patiently. I highly recommend IPS and Dr. DeHoyos.

I saw Dr. de Hoyos in November 2020 after I was discharged from the hospital. He was very thorough and detailed in the exam and had great doctor patient relations. I strongly recommend him if you need a pulmonologist.

The visit was fine. You better not need a refill on a prescription. The office staff is incompetent and will transfer you to voice mailbox 116, where your request will die a quick death, much like me without my medicine. My pharmacy has tried to contact their office, to no avail. I have tried to contact them. Also, an office visit for someone who has just gotten over surgery before refilling a prescription, is asinine and dangerous during the COVID-19 pandemic. The first option on the automated call list tells us to contact 911 if it is a medical emergency-as if I would ever contact this provider in the event of an emergency. This is the most incompetent medical staff.
