Office visit went fine. Was told 5-7 days for lab results. On Business day 10 and have not received a call from the doctor after leaving several messages and speaking to staff which said the doc has to give results.Called again and was told the doc is very busy and not only a doctor but a Chairman of blah blah blah. Then was asked well what do you want? This is my child. I want the answers and what to do next. I would NOT recommend this practice AT ALL.

She was very sweet and spent plenty of time discussing symptoms and bsckground. However she was unable to provide any answers or real suggestions as to what to do next. Left just as uninformed as when I came.
