Dr. Patricia Shrestha, MD

I've had Dr Shrestha as a pcp for 5 years at least thought she was great until I really had something wrong with me. Ie. Not just being ill but something ongoing and severe.. then she will leave you high and dry and offer you something it states right in the chart you are allergic to.. when you talk is she really listening or just saying mmhmm after everything you say. How about shut up and listen. Go ahead take your changes with Dr mmmhmmm hope you get what you need when it counts.. I didn't not.. I did not feel she cared about how I felt, patient care is a joke.. and why have a pcp to provide primary care if you have to go somewhere else for everything but a sniffle. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW

Dr. Shrestha is great - she always listens and addresses all of your concerns. She works with me to come up with a plan. She remembers me even though I see her only a few times each year. I am very fortunate to have found such a caring, competent physician.

I have been coming to Dr. Shrestha since 2016 and very happy with her service. I now travel over an hour and a half just to keep my appointment. She is detailed, thorough, friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Sheretha listens and offers advice and suggestions (sometime I don't follow instructions though, lol). I highly recommend her for your health care services.

Dr. Shrestha is the BEST! She is very kind, and caring and a great listener. I have never had a physician so far that has given me soo much information addressing all of my concerns without making me feel rushed . It has been a long journey for me for finding someone that really cares and is super knowledgeable and Patient . I am very happy with Dr. Shrestha and would totally recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great family physician .

Dr. Shrestha is amazing! She is so kind, and caring and listens to your concerns without making you feel rushed. She answers all of your questions, and takes time with all of her patients . She is a wonderful doctor! So glad She is the one taking care of me and my family!

Dr. Shrestha is a very friendly and knowledgeable physician and provides outstanding care to her patients. My children and I love having her as our PCP. She actively listens to your issues/concerns and clearly explains your plan of care. The office staff are friendly as well and always go above and beyond to ensure the patients are taken care of.

the staff at midtown were rude and PATRICIA A. SHRESTHA i feel was unprepared.. I ask for help ie referral the staff refused saying they didnt know was insurance i had .... I explained i have medicaid the same one you billed for seeing me.... then after that exchange i got a letter telling me they no wanted to see me in there office and dropping me ....stay away from midtown and dr PATRICIA A. SHRESTHA

I feel like Dr. Shrestha really cares about myself, daughter and husband. She takes time to listen to our concerns and readily gives feedback and additional information. We are lucky to be on her service!
