I’m so fortunate to have Dr Rizzo caring for me. She is confident, knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive no matter the question or time of day. She responds quickly to email through MyChart and answers questions with facts and options. It’s important to have her expertise and experience to rely on during a difficult and frightening time. Dr Rizzo is there for me and that is what matters. When tests were taking too long to set up, she took over and made them happen. When test results were slow to come, she helped expedite that too. The tests were critical for planning treatment.

I strongly recommend Dr. Rizzo, board-certified in oncology & hematology & an excellent partner during treatment. Questions were carefully considered in a spirit of mutual respect & attention. Appointments began promptly; I never felt rushed. Telephone inquiries were handled expeditiously; a nurses hotline fielded routine inquiries. An on-site lab expedited blood test results & chemo drug delivery. Nurses & staff all professional, cheerful & kind. Dr. Rizzo & team fully support patients.

She is very thorough in investigating the cause and effects of my medical condition by observing, asking questions and running tests to find the best solutions. She make sure I keep my appointments by calling me herself. She treat me like she is very very concern for my health and takes her time without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend her to family and friends.

If it weren't for Dr. Rizzo, I'd never have known my breast cancer had returned and spread. She followed up on suspicious tumor markers that led to the realization that it had come back. She is really smart, up on all the latest research and clinical trials, and has a calm, reassuring demeanor. Her front desk staff is always helpful and I've never waited more than 15 minutes to get in to my appointment.

I have never had a doctor like Dr Rizzo. I have spent the past 10 years chasing symptoms, until one of those symptoms brought me to Dr Rizzo. For the past two years she has been my medical quarterback. We have had some victories and some set backs but all the while she has been by my side. If you are looking for a dr that makes you feel like you are her only patient, look no further. Her knowledge, compassion, dedication, accessibility, and vast network is unparalleled.

Impersonal, poor reception service, inability to translate medical terminology into plain language understandable to patient, long waiting time combined with hasty consultation. Not impressed & going for a second opinion elsewhere
