Colonoscopy X. 2
Dr Raymond performed both my colonoscopies at age 61 and 71. I was referred to her for the age 61 colonoscopy but I was so impressed with her that I requested that she perform the age 71colonoscopy. I find her to be a very kind, down to earth type doctor, compassionate and most important, very competent. She was with me all the way through every aspect of these procedures. Also. she is blessed with a wonderful sense of humor.

Dr. Raymond was very quick to get me in. She offered a Tele Visit for some abdominal pain I was having. She then ordered an ultrasound afterwards. I then gave her 4 days after the ultrasound to get back to me before reaching out to her nurse. I called for a whole week asking for her to read me the results. I was experiencing daily pain for hours, it had gotten so much worse. I ended up in the ER with gallbladder stones and needed to get my gallbladder removed ASAP. It wasn’t until 38 days after the ultrasound she ordered that she called me to read the results. She had told me that the results were inconclusive and I would need a repeat ultrasound. I was very disappointed at her skills and effectiveness in getting back to me. I will not go back!

This doctor requires that you give your social security number in order to make an appointment. This is totally unacceptable because it leaves you vulnerable to having a whole office worth of people who could steal your number and ruin your credit. The risk is not worth a visit to this particular doctor when there are many other doctors with great ratings that do not require you give your social security number.

I am compelled to write this review out of sheer gratitude and admiration for this Doctor. I have been an ICU and ER nurse for 10 years. My 93 year old grandfather began having severe rectal bleeding last night that was not stopping. He was admitted to Princess Anne hospital and had a flexible sigmoidoscopy done by Dr. Raymond after a GI bleeding scan gave her somewhat of an idea where his intestines were bleeding. She valiantly searched for the bleed for almost an hour and a half. Any other doctor would have given up (in my experience I have never seen such a persistent and caring Doctor). She persevered until she discovered the area that was bleeding and competently fixed it. Thank you, thank you so much for your effort Dr. Raymond. I understand what it looks like to see someone give everything they have for a patient and my Grandfather and family are so grateful.

I just had my first colonoscopy (over 50 w/family history) and Dr. Raymond along w/the staff, specially Rick Johnson.., were all fantastic. Prompt, excellent chair side, explained everything in detail and yes, the prep is the hardest part of this whole process and the actual procedure was a breeze, literally. Definitely referring to other family members and friends.

This doctor is more worried about singing Colonoscopy songs on Youtube and being on TV than actually getting you well. I went to her for a gastro medical condition for years and she never got me well and cost me thousands. Another doctor fixed the problem in just one visit. Do not waste your time and money on this doctor or gamble with your health. Literally anyone else would be better for you. This woman does not have enough medical knowledge to handle many basic gastro conditions.

This physician jeopardized my life. With a diagnosis of breast cancer, I did a Cologard test at the doctors recommendation over six weeks prior to my breast cancer surgery. I only found out while recuperating from my surgery after deciding to call Cologard who informed me that the doctor had been notified five weeks ago and after calling Dr. Raymond's office was called at 7 PM by her nurse and told it was positive. I have never heard from Dr. Raymond

Dr. Raymond literally saved my life and my sanity, by first recognizing that my previous medical advice had been in serious error. And then she got me on a regimen that over the years helped me to overcome crippling GI issues. I am forever in debt to her professional brilliance and her personal compassion. With 30 years experience, she couldn't answer any questions. Tests. After tests after tests and no results. She is one of those doctors that hate for you to ask questions. Always rushed me out!
