Pat MacGuire gave me Prozac, liquid Prozac and had me take it WITH Saint John’s/Joan’s Wort pills when I was 14 years old. That was my 1st overdose. I knew so little about herbalism, plants, even supplements back then. Now I know more than she ever will because I’ve worked for decades, earning my experience, respectfully rather than faking it or reading a few books then telling vulnerable people to take plant pills w/ pharmaceutical drugs. She likely continues to dabble in areas she never truly respected or understood. That’s always been a problem for her as a doctor and in her messy personal life which she spoke of often when I was her patient. There were other overdoses and horrible reactions to meds she played around with during my teens and later on in my 20s while she also played psychotherapist poorly. She was medically negligent. I wish I felt better about myself then so I might’ve avoided obvious danger. Another patient committed suicide due to Pat’s negligence and selfishness.

Saw this doctor many years ago. Had a suicide attempt. Reached out to her and never heard back. Was given an over abundance of Xanax prescriptions. She is a psychiatrist that gives psychiatrists a bad name. Cared only about the paycheck. Stereotypical pill pusher. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.
