Awful - This Dr. was rude to my father and to the family. She told him he would die if he didn't take medicine for something he didn't even have. She was also rude to a friend who was accompanying him. She was pushing treatment that my dad nor the family wanted for him and it was a terrible experience.

Shes not a bad person, but she refers you to a specialist for almost everything. A primary care physician is supppsed to diagnose and treat most issues. She doesnt.

I have seen Dr. Kitchin 3 times. Each time she has listened to me & my concerns & has discussed a solution with me. She is very kind & compassionate & I like the fact that she is a D.O. - they seem to look at "the big picture" better.

Last time I made an appointment with Dr Kitchin, I didn’t even see her. Instead, I saw some students who then consulted with her. I would have preferred to have seen her along with the students. Expect to see her in a few weeks after making an appointment. If you’re really sick, you’re better off going to an urgent care facility.If she doesn’t want to deal with your issue, expect her to pass the buck.

Doctor Kitchins and her entire staff are very friendly, very professional. They listen to your problem and will offer solutions to correct. They spend the amount of time with you that is needed to resolve your issue. You will not be rushed in and rushed out like some offices to meet a quota .if you are looking for a group that cares for their patients, look no further this is the facility for you.

Really like doctor kitchin unfortunately if you need to be seen asap be prepared to wait 3 to 4 weeks.

Dr. KItchin takes time with you and is very through. She went over all the results of my blood work and made sure I was up on all test. I like the new location and the Receptionest was very friendly.

Dr. Kitchin is great, but I am not too happy that she has moved to a clinic miles away, no one called or emailed me to transfer records or set up an annual appointment, and I can't even see her because she only sees appointments for a few hours in the middle of the day.
