Always kind and listening. I’m very confident in her decisions. Always recommends the best specialist when need. She’s a great doctor!

Although Dr. Hansen is not my primary, I was able to see her on short notice. She was absolutely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and immediately diagnosed me and sent me directly to the ER. I am here because of her.

Visited doctor with marks and bruises for four months. Kept telling me I had bug bites. Finally went back and told her something was wrong, she needed to do blood work, X-rays something. Finally convinced her to do blood work. Received a call the following day to redo my labs because they came back abnormal. Went back and had more blood drawn. Was informed I had leukemia and was being sent to hospital for immediate treatment. She almost killed me by insisting I had bug bites. Also put me on a blood pressure medication because my hemoglobin was 4 and my body was working on overload.

I have a close family member that was seen recently that left in tears. The office staff that works with her couldn’t be anymore unprofessional. I’ll be contacting more people than just this review. When a patient needs help and you laugh in their face ? Never again.

I have been a patient of Dr Hansen almost 20 yrs in Louisville, Kentucky. I have the greatest respect and confidence in her as my Primary Care Physician. She has so much knowledge, I would trust her with any condition I might encounter, even if she has to send me to another physician, she always knows the best ones to recommend. She is friendly, and doesn't make you feel rushed. I took my Dad to her also after he came here from AZ. He was well pleased with her also. Due to my age now and medical conditions, my daughter who is an RN wants me to move to an area closer to where she lives now. I told her I would consider it only if I can keep my PCP and she assured me she would make that happen. Dr Hansen always eases my mind and gives me the knowledge I need to understand what is going on and what needs to be done and I've been very blessed to find her.

Love this doctor. She is knowledgeable and caring! Would never go anywhere else. Live in Elizabethtown but still travel to Louisville to see her.

She is the best doctor I have ever had. She's caring, friendly and very thorough. Since I've been coming to her for care, my blood pressure and high cholestoral is under control and she always makes sure to keep abreast of my care and conditions. I've recommended her to every one I know who is seeking a new doctor.

I was a patient of Dr Hansen for many years . I loved her and trusted her. I referred my sister and many friends to her. She moved to a new location and is not taking me or anyone from my area with her. She was my PCP. How can this happen? I know it has been years ago that she moved but I still do not understand why she can not be my doctor. She is within 10 miles of where I live. My money and ins works as well as any patients. I feel very betrayed.

She has been my physician since I was approximately 20 y/o. She has always had time for questions, concerns, phone calls, etc. She is amazing and I would never go anywhere else for my health care.
