We love doctor Borman – Nov 09, 2023

Dr. Borman has seen my mom for many years. Every time we see her, she greets us with a friendly smile. She asked how my mom's doing and we could tell her everything about my mom. She listens patiently and responses with professional suggestions. We can tell she is so knowledgeable in her field and she intends to help my mom's dementia disease. There is no problem for us to communicate with her and she always make sure my mom's medicines are good to have refill. She is also willing to fill up a 3-pages form for my mom without hesitation. We are very satisfied with Dr. Borman service. Thank you very much Dr. Borman for taking good care of my mom.

My Auntie did not even get to see Doctor Borman on her initial visit for dementia. Only saw an assistant. It is impossible to contact a person at the office phone number, office will not return a call. Only will communicate by text and not helpfully.

This was my very first visit with Dr. Borman, and it was an absolute nightmare. She wasn't interested in my condition, but instead berated me about things that weren't even true. She was yelling at me so loudly that when I left her office, everyone was staring at me. It was very humiliating. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Borman was excellent in her office. Very polite and very patient with us. However, when my aunt went to hospice and eventually passed away, despite my attempts to reach Dr. Borman, she did not return my phone calls. She even didn't call to express her condolences. I believe that as a doctor in geriatric medicine, she should certainly have more compassion when it comes time for hospice and the eventual death of a family member. I would not recommend Dr. Borman to others.

Dr. Borman was unfamiliar with my medical file, repeatedly told me I had one condition, when the MRI showed another condition, and was resistant to my questions about my diagnosis.

We have both parents with Dr. Borman. She's very pleasant with them and really listens. We never feel like she's rushing us out of her office. Recently, my Dad had very bad abdominal pains & Dr. Borman quickly diagnosed it as his gall bladder which he had removed immediately. She's a minimalist & doesn't push unnecessary tests, medications or procedures on my aging parents - it's all about comfort.

Takes too long to follow up with concerns. Maybe 1 week or so. Questionable if has too many patients that unable to calll staff back regarding pt with delirium edema to trunk and extremities cracked/rales in lungs. Rather just orders bronchial dilator vs ordering xray to get to root cause of problem. Questionable aspiration pneumonia? How does one prescribe medication without diagnostics?? Speech therapy evaluation with recommendation of change in dietary consistency due to aspuration. Hmm
