My visit with Dr. Patrice Scales was to establish myself as a new patient with her as my Primary Care Physician. Dr. Scales is a magnificent physician, she was absolutely wonderful, a consummate professional, and she was thorough in EVERY aspect of our Interactions. She displayed impeccable teaching skills (verbally AND visually). She was genuinely encouraging, showed superb emotional intelligence acumen, was notably respectful and courteous, and she was exceptionally and keenly knowledgeable, She should be elevated to lead trainings to other providers and allied health professionals detailing the importance of cultural competency, being present with patients, appreciating differences, and showing true and genuine care and compassion. Dr. Patrice Scales is wonderful, and HFHS should consider itself lucky to have a budding healthcare industry Chief Executive Officer or national high-ranking physician on its roster. I can foresee her working on a national or global scale EASILY!!!!!
