Dr. Fulgham and the staff at Urology Clinics of North Texas is always professional and efficient.
I had asked him an unusual question about the relation of blood sugar increase and the BPH medications I was taking. I just received a follow up letter today where they actually researched this and found an article that they provided the link for showing a link between blood sugar increase/type 2 diabetes and finasteride.
Their extra effort was definitely over and above the norm to assist me!
I highly recommend him and the staff there!

I saw two other urologist before finding Dr Fulgham. I have been seeing Dr Pat Fulgham for several years now and could not be more pleased with him and his staff. I feel Dr Fulgham is one of the best in the country if not the best. He takes time with his patients and is very knowledgeable and caring. He called me himself to give me test results and discussed all of my options in detail.

I have been a patient of Dr Fulghum for a couple of years now. Staff has always been very thorough and competent. Dr Fulghum is very communicative and leaves no stone unturned. I like that he calls me personally with results and information on what is coming next. My only annoyance is that it is difficult at times to get through to various staff members and ending up being funneled into voice mail. I will say though that staff generally is good about calling back in a reasonably timely manner. All in all, I am grateful to have Dr Fulghum as my physician as I navigate through my encounter with prostate cancer.

Dr. Fulgham was very thorough and took time to explain my treatment options. I had been putting off an examination for what turned out to be benign cysts in my scrotum. If you have an issue where a urologist expertise is required I highly recommend him.

22 years ago! Dr. Fulgham found my Prostate cancel with a digital exam, confirmed with a prostate biopsy. Operated, radical prostatectomy, on Monday, told me on Thursday that I was cured and I could go home. My PSA has been > 0.08 ever since the operation. He saved my life and became a friend.

Dr. Fulghum has gone way beyond the standard of care that I have experienced with doctors. He has followed up on research that I have found, mailed full copies of research, etc. with his interpretations as we have worked through treatment options for prostate cancer. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I participated in the National Prostate Cancer Study for 7 years and Dr Fulgham was the Study Doctor at Presbyterian Hospital, Dallas. At the end of the Study, participants had a prostate biopsy and found that I had PIN and an enlarged prostate. Dr. Fulgham has been following my situation closely for over 15 years and I have the highest respect for his professional skill and communications.

Dr. Fulgham removed my prostate on 1/8/2002, due to cancer. No problems since. I played golf six weeks to the day after surgery. I have been blessed for having Dr. Fulgham as my doctor and surgeon. Great Doctor and person!

Dr. Fulgham has been a State of the Art Physician, the care that he provides is just extraordinary and unique. Males consider going to see a Doctor is the last thing in their will.
