Excellent doctor.
Very pleased with Dr. Jajoo. I don't understand other reviews. I have found Dr. Jajoo extremely patient and compassionate. It takes a few visits to develop a relationship with any doctor. Over time I have found her thoughtful about finding ways to manage my condition.

Does not ask questions to understand my needs as a patient or explain options. As a patient suffering from decades long chronic pain which has progressively worsened, her lack of compassion and time towards my treatment has made me anxious, lose work, and suffer needlessly. Although I called to be seen for an urgent problem I was not called back. She doesn’t go over exams or take time to understand new problems. Her rudimentary examinations last 2 minutes and she doesn’t look at the area of pain

Saw her for a spine x-ray on 5/5/16. She told me to make another appointment since Radiology was closed. Provided vague information about my neck and spine xrays, it was obvious something was off. Said it was all related and I would need Physical Therapy anyway. I requested a copy of xray on 5/11, rcvd 5/27. Images for XR Scoliosis AP & Lateral were so unclear my Physical Therapist could not read it. Will not reimburse my insurance or view the xrays herself as only Radiology views.
