Horrible treatment by Sally the so called manager.
Telehealth
My Mom had an appointment today . The lady behind the counter, Monique registered us. We got there 15 minutes early like they asked us to. No one acknowledged us for 45 minutes. I Had to get up and ask what was the hold up. She said sorry but we should be getting taken care of soon. We waited 10 At that point my Mom’s back started hurting her from sitting so long . I asked Monique that I wanted to talk to the manager. When the manager Sally came to talk to me . I couldn’t believe that she’s one of the ladies that passed by us like three or four times . She seen when we got there . She didn’t say hi didn’t acknowledge us didn’t tell us why we’re waiting so long , that so unacceptable & very rude of her. This was not the first time that we had to wait so long. Are first appointment was the same issue . They told us Doctor was running late . We waited the same amount of time 45 minutes but at least they told us that when we got there and that was understanding but today was the worst!!

Nursing support was outstanding! Jessica helped me keep it together. I underwent a very painful procedure and she guided me so I did not cry like a baby---and believe me I could have. I know Dr. Shah had to do what was needed, pain not withstanding, and he is a true professional. But every patient could use a Jessica like that.
