Worst staff
I gave 5 star before, but now I change to 3 star because of the staff.5 star to Dr. Chawla and 1 star for the staff.The reason why is every time I called, they will keep saying please hold, they never give me a chance to say any word. And I was on hold for long time, I have to call many times. And when it comes to my medication, the doctor told me that he is going change my medication and the staff didn't send anything to the pharmacy. They said he will talk to my doctor about the medication, but they didn't return my call. It means I don't have a medications to help me to sleep and for my migraine. So my doctor visit was useless because it didn't solve my problem. I don't want to change my doctor because he is good, but if I will die because of stress about the staff. We'll, I rather find a new doctor where the staff will care to the patient as well.

I love this office!
The staff and doctor are so good at working to fit me in. They are warm and friendly. Dr. Chawla is so patient, caring, and helpful. The office works to find a time I can fit in. I am so lucky to have been referred to him.

I love my doctor so much! I was sick for a long time and I can't even work, I feel my world is ended. My sickness doesn't show in every test, but I know there's something wrong with me because I was suffered so much. Dr. Chawla find away to give the right medication. Now I would be able to work and I am feel fine. And thank God that I pick the right doctor who gave me hope, that no one can. Thank you Dr. Chawla, you're the best.

Very impressive Dr. Attentive, caring, gave me plenty of time to talk & describe my concerns . His simple explanation made me feel relaxed & safe again. I would recommend him without hesitation. The only problem is his front desk staff Briana & another. They are stiff, bossy make you feel they regret you're there I almost left ASA I arrived. Same the second time I went for a test. The only good staff member is the technician very professional lady.

Dr. Chawla is a great doctor treating patients, he is very knowledgeable and caring, he listens to his patients and provides treatments to help with the quality of life. Taking my dad to him for Parkinson's treatment, he tried differnent medications to help my dad when other doctors would not. (They were fine to leave the meds the same) It made a difference in the quality of life during the last year of his life. My family and I are very appreciative of his dedication to his patients.
