Dr. Parminder Chahal, MD

He doesn’t rush thru the appointment. He listens lets you talk and makes sure all your questions are answered. He’s quick to do all tests and makes proper referrals and doesn’t wait which is very important when you are worried and need results!

Very competent dr. Very nice. I really liked him a lot but my last two appointments (that I’ve taken days off from work for in order to attend) were canceled by the office the morning of. Twice in a row! And then they offered to schedule me an appointment for the following business day as if I can just take time off work on a whim. I work the same hours they’re open & on the complete opposite side of town. I have to request time off from work in order to come in and I need to give my job notice when I ask for time off. So I can’t just come in on the next business day. And they have the nerve to tell me they won’t refill my medication because I haven’t been seen. I’m trying to be seen - it’s not my fault the doctor keeps having emergencies/leaving and canceling my appointments. He should get a PA if he’s gonna be doing that so much. It obviously happens a lot because there’s another review on here from someone else who had the same exact thing happen to him/her three times in a row!

I was looking for a new PCP and Dr. Chahal was close by. I scheduled an appointment and the morning of, I received a call stating the appointment was scheduled as the doctor had an emergency. Thinking this was very understandable, I called his office and rescheduled for a few days later. I arrived at the office only to be told that he was not in the office again and I would have to reschedule. I asked the receptionist why I wasn't notified earlier instead of wasting my time and coming to the office for nothing! Her reply was only that I would have to reschedule. Okay, I rescheduled yet again a few days later. Well, guess what... I received a text message that morning that the doctor was out of office. So ridiculous, 3 strikes and your out!! Shame on you Dr. Chahal and staff. Apparently you are not interested in taking on new patients in a professional and courteous manner. I wouldn't become one of your patients now if you paid me.

I’ve been able to condense my “specialist appointments” by discovering a competent and knowledgeable Internist as my PCP. Doctor Chahal has been such an advocate for my patient satisfaction that my health needs are now all updated and current with my monthly visits. Thankful for my Internist.
