Aggressive Biologic Monotherapy to Deep Remission
Over 4 years, I enjoyed working on our therapeutic strategy with Dr. Parit to achieve great results based on Rutgeerts i0 endoscopic remission from i3. We have done four or five colonscopy / endoscopy procedures. One did result in an infection and urgent in-patient care for two nights. Nevertheless, I trust the steady hand of Dr. Parit enough for outpatient procuredures and for the kind nursing staff to give heartfelt care at Bangkok Hospital. However, the most credit is truly due to the aggressive therapy schedule of Vedolizumab. I would recommend other IBD / Crohn's patients consider discussing that with their physicians.
