Five minute visit. No examination given.
I saw Dr. Sedaghat for a physical exam and exrays as I had fallen and had persistent pain. I tried to show her where the pain was but she dismissed this. Instead she told me to walk to the door twice, do not bend over, and drink a lot of water. She said I had arthritis. She then said to go down the hall for exrays. I asked if she would call me for the results. She replied that she only calls patients with a fracture. I waited weeks for an explanation. It was only when I inquired about exray results that suddenly someone typed something into my portal. No explanation of these findings was given to me.Is this how Penn Medicine treats patients? This is disgraceful!

Thank you

It seemed to me that she was seeking to understand what I meant as I tried my best to explain the symptoms. This makes me confident that the treatment she recommends will be the best for the particular ailment I'm experiencing. I feel that we are working together with the same aim towards minimizing pain and reducing the days of work I miss.
