Dr made me feel at ease with the procedure, worked quickly and I was done and home after a short time.

Dr Chokshi was very nice until he found out I saw another gastro doctor. I told him the only reason I was switching to him was because the other gastro doctor couldn’t see me for another 6 months. He told me, “Well you know we are all busy?!” It almost felt like he was very irritated at me. Ive never experienced that from a doctor. He then questioned me and said “Well are you going to see me or her?!” I said, “I was trying to see whoever I could get into the fastest because of my symptoms.” He said well you have to pick!” I honestly was nervous around him and said “ok I’ll see you”, but I have NO intention of doing that. He was arrogant and dismissed all my symptoms. Made me feel worthless. I wish I could have stood up for myself and said no.I also asked him what he thought because I have gallstones and my HIDA scan came back 23% Ef. He said those mean nothing. All my symptoms are just IBS and there’s nothing you can do about that. He was arrogant and made me feel worthless.

Efficient and painless procedure. I only wish the “prep” could have been as easy.

He covered all my questions and fully explained my options and treatments. He provided a comprehensive written summary of our meeting for future reference.

Dr Chokshi listened to everything I described and gave thoughtful feedback. I appreciated that he didn't want to run needless tests as my initial symptoms had ceased. He did give me an order for a blood test in 30 days which I felt was very appropriate. I have the upmost confidence in Dr Chokshi and highly recommended him.

Dr. Chokshi is a remarkable doctor. His genuine approach to providing exceptional patient care was evident through his excellent bedside manner and sense of humor while tastefully balanced with professionalism, competence, and confidence. The mere thought of needing a colonoscopy was unsettling at best. But Dr. Chokshi and his staff at Arizona Digestive Health (Surprise Office) were nothing short of incredible. From the initial call to schedule the appointment, to the day of the procedure was simple and hassle-free. The staff at Sun City Endoscopy Center were second to none. This medical facility was incredibly well orchestrated, efficient, clean, and remained vigilant on my patient care and comfort from start to finish. The Intake RN, Procedure Room RN, Nurse Anesthetist, and Aftercare/Discharge RN demonstrated the highest level of patient care I have seen in my 50 years. I commend them all for their outstanding performance of duty!

Dr Chakshi checked on me before the procedure and afterwards he explained the results to me and my son that had drove me to the facility for the test. He was percise, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an endoscopic test.
