Simply wonderful
Very thorough and compassionate. She’s very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in her approach. She takes the time to listen to everything that you have going on and it’s obvious that she cares deeply for her patients. The staff is friendly and never had a bad experience.

Best doc ever!!! Me and my mom love seeing her. Knowledgeable, kind and caring. Even though she is no taking new patients she accepted to see my dad and my husband!

I am glad I found Dr. Susan, she is kind and caring. She sees me, my wife our child and my parents. As a lesbian couple we felt very comfortable, we had encounter judgement from some doctors in the past which made going to the doctors stressing! It was refreshing to be treated with respect and kindness. We also learn she specializes in LGBTQ care which was a plus.

Dr. Susan is very prompt and I saw her close to the appointment time. Unfortunately, the encounter went downhill quickly. I felt judged by the physician for my condition and she actually made me feel guilty. Little effort was made to include me in treatment approaches. She might be best for patients who like to simply be told what to do. For me, this isn't the type of approach that works. The good reviews surprise me, honestly. I will never see this doctor again.

Dr. Susan is extremely kind and patient. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and has provided me with amazing treatment. She has also made herself available more than once outside of business hours to help with certain things I've needed. I'm so glad I've finally found my PCP!

Dr. Susan is truly amazing. She goes above and beyond to give quality care to her patients. She is caring and treats you like family. She will go out of her way to make sure you receive medications that not only work for you, but are also affordable when possible. She will not make you wait weeks for an appointment if you are sick. She responds to communication through email and messaging quickly. She is knowledgeable and always takes time to explain her treatment plan and medications.
