Dr. Pankaj Mehta, MD

Dr. Mehta refused to acknowledge that I was physically debilitated and disabled, and noted it was a mental condition causing me to be unable to care for myself, with several other staff insinuating I was faking a debilitating medical condition which was later proven. He refused needed medical testing, and only "repeated" xrays, which although were noted as normal, were later found to demonstrate injury. He failed to treat pain adequately for me to remain mentally capable of often simple conversation, leaving me bedridden and unable to even most of the time sit up in a chair, and he then reported to a court that I was mentally incapable of taking care of myself because of psychosis, rather than not being properly or adequately diagnosed and medically treated for painful injury, and being refused adequate pain control in order to be mentally alert. I believe this doctor sought to protect others from misdiagnosis liability, leaving me injured/tortured, attempting to drug me TO DEATH

Pankaj Mehta was involved in the covering up of severe physical injuries that were severely misdiagnosed and left so severely neglected I was left abandoned and unable to take care of myself. While in his care, he refused to allow me to get the medical care that I needed, and demonstrated his cooperation in being part of a group in a hospital willing to lie to hide severe surgical injuries at any cost to my well being and my life, as well as my reputation. I was forcefully medicated, shut up.
