Wasted valuable time seeing him for multiple appointments, which delayed my RA diagnosis and start of treatment. Despite seropositivity, being symptomatic, and rheumatic disease in my family, he didn't order joint imaging and assured me it wasn't RA because he didn't see enough swelling. We don't all present exactly the same. Early and aggressive treatment is important for this disease, and needless to say, I didn't get it. Don't go to this doctor unless you happen to perfectly check every box for a disease. He won't be proactive in helping you and may speak to you like you're stupid.

Dr. Bansal has been my RA doctor since Dr. Shelley left the practice. I find him caring and always spot on in the treatment of my RA. I'm very happy that he's my doctor and plan on seeing him as long as i am able.

Such a terrible doctor. He will not look outside of the box for answers, and once his mind is made up, will grind his feet in at all costs. Delivers test results through his nursing staff, who then deliver it via an online app. It’s terrible, impersonal communication. You can tell he doesn’t “believe” in certain autoimmune diseases because they may not fit classic symptoms perfectly- and if you don’t fit, then you better be ready to be referred to someone else. Try anywhere else unless you have a classic rheumatological disease- or feel like hollering into a void of a medical professional who doesn't believe you’re actually sick.

I'm happy to write a review for Dr. Bansal. He has been treating my rheumatoid arthritis for 3 years. He is easy to talk to, and he doesn't push his ideas on me. He does let me know what he believes are the best treatment choices. My RA has been in remission for at least a year and a half because of the medication regimen he has me on, and because of the occupational therapy he urged me to have. I trust him and like him.

Disappointing outcome. Felt talked down to and that he just wanted me to go away. The whole experience at this facility felt cult like and untrustworthy.
