Dr. Pandora Williams, MD

Dr. Williams was very thorough to be sure that she fully understood my issues and any symptoms I may not realize were related. She explained why she was prescribing a treatment approach. I've met with her multiple times and she remembered my earlier issues and ensured they were fully resolved.

Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable and is one of the best doctors I have seen in this area.

Doctor Pandora, is an amazing doctor!! She always make me feel as if I'm her only patient. She doesn't try & rush you. Nor do she make you feel like your just another number. She listens...makes eye contact repeats back words (not intentionally) to let you know she is paying attention. So, when I got word that she was no longer at the nellis location. And now in Henderson. Even though it's 20miles....yes 20 away from where I am I still decided to go to this new location. The waiting area is clean even in the corners!! It doesn't feel congested either. I would definitely recommend Doctor Pandora Williams. Also the staff appear to be attentive to their clients. Thank You Faith

The worst doctor I've ever seen. Talks over patients, no bedside manner. This coupled with ProCare Medical's outdated backoffice processes make medical care more of a hassle than help. I'm changing providers NOW.

I went in to have wax removed from my left ear. I was prescribed medication for my left ear. But I was accidentally prescribed eye drops instead of ear drops. Is there any way this can be corrected? Thank you!

I’m giving Dr Williams a 5 star because she was thorough when I saw her even though I know she was super busy. I had an appointment at 3 and didn’t get seen until 4:35p. I almost left because of the ridiculous wait time. But, I decided to stay since I’ve already wasted over an hour sitting in the exam room. While waiting to see her, All I could hear was her footsteps outside the exam room and doors closing and opening because she was the only one there seeing patients. That place is understaffed. That’s one way to burn out your doctors. Get her a PA or NP. She’s good but I’m not sure I’ll come back if I have to wait that long.

Her and her entire team are very unprofessional. I don't recommend her at all

Dr Williams has diagnosed me with things that explain my issues but yet have simple cures! I absolutely love her bedside manner and mostly how she does not preach to you about what your doing wrong but works on your health!

Dr. Pandora Williams is an awesome doctor. She LISTENS to you, she talks to you. She 100 percent cares about you. I absolutely love her. If I package her in a bottle I would.
