Dr. Pamela Snook, MD

Dr. Snook is a great Gyn doc. Always smiling and upbeat, gentle and kind. She even called me with my test results saving me a co-pay and office visit. As a 30 year veteran nurse, I have worked with countless physicians and Dr. Snook is certainly one of the best. I trust her professional advice regarding what is best for my women's health needs and issues. If you are looking for a great GYN, then go see Dr. Snook.

Dr. Snook has provided me OBGYN care, both of which she has been super knowledgeable and friendly in explaining things to me. She’s always super cheery and very professional. I’ve always felt comfortable around her! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, professional, and intelligent OBGYN.

I was extremely satisfied with the service and care I received. I came in with some apprehensions based on past experiences at other GYN offices. Dr Snook did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable also in areas of concern (perimenopause) and guided me nicely with the freedom also for me to advocate for myself. I highly recommend this OGBGYN office.

Do not recommend. I was on-time and waited over 30 minutes in exam room. When Dr. Snook came in she asked me very little and got right to the exam. This was my first time meeting her and she asked nothing about sexual history or any problems I may be concerned about. I had to bring them to her attention while she was examining me. When I mentioned infertility questions she said to wait until I had been trying to 12 months and make another appointment. This made it clear that she obviously did not even know my age because their website clearly states women over 35 should have an appointment after 6 months of trying. The entire appointment lasted 10 minutes. She makes you feel like just another number, and she really doesn’t seem to care about the patient. Unfortunate experience.

During my birth at Lake Nona hospital. Dr. Snook showed up ready to deliver my baby. In just a few pushes my baby arrived and she was able to take care of me and the baby as a doctor should. Great bed side manners. Highly recommend her and her staff at contemporary women’s care!

Dr. Snook is very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend her to women of all ages!!!

Upon arriving the first thing I noticed was the beautiful modern office. I was welcomed by the lady that spoke Spanish. I can’t remember her name but she was the sweetest person. I felt welcomed right away. Dr. Snook was running late due to being at the hospital but the wait wasn’t long at all. Original Time for my appt was 1:45 I was out of the office by 2:30. So just delayed by like 20 min or so. Not a problem. When Dr. Snook arrived she made me feel at ease immediately. Loved that she was right to the point and had me out of there in a flash. Answered some questions I had and again made me feel comfortable enough to even ask questions. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Snook yearly for my annuals and anything in between.

Dr. Snook is by far the best gynecologist I have ever seen. She was so patient throughout the exam and validated all of my feelings. I am so grateful for the care & kindness that she shows to her patients. It makes a world of difference. Thank you, Dr. Snook!

I know doctors are really busy and a lot is expected from them nowadays so I appreciate the fact that Dr. Snook is very present during the time she spends with each patient. She is very professional and tries to make light conversation during exams to make you feel more comfortable.

She is so personable and comforting, she has been amazing throughout my pregnancy and I can’t imagine delivering with someone else

Dr. Snook is fantastic! She listened completely to all of my health concerns, was understanding, and came up with a plan for my treatment on a timeline that was doable. When I recently had a procedure done, she was also great. She explained everything happened and that was going to happen, and was very supportive of me. I absolutely recommend her!!

When it came down to delivery, I ended up delivering with Dr. Snook. I was already uncomfortable that I never met her before. What my fiancé and I weren’t okay with was how Dr. Snook talked down to some nurses in the delivery room and complained the entire 2 hours that I was pushing that she was called too soon. She kept telling the labor nurse “see you should have called me about here” while gesturing towards me. Completely unprofessional and terrible bedside manners. No compassion at all. After delivery I needed a repair. My epidural was turned off during pushing without my consent because she was continuing to grow impatient and wanted to leave. I received my sutures with no pain relief. After that Dr. Snook was out the room as fast as possible. No congrats, didn’t look me in my eyes and was gone. I didn’t get any pain or postpartum medications until 5 hours after my birth. She never ordered them and had already left the hospital. None of the nurses were surprised.

Office is clean and chic! Staff is kind and wait is short. Dr. Snook’s bedside manner is incredible. She’s always bubbly, thorough, and outgoing. Been using her for years and won’t stop even though I moved much further away. She’s worth the drive.

Dr. Snook is a wonderful physician with superb bedside manner. She is always in a cheerful mood and takes her time explaining absolutely everything.

Dr. Snook is always cheerful and immediately puts one at ease. She handles each visit efficiently and explains everything while welcoming questions. Truly a great doctor.

Had my first gynecological appointment with Dr. Snook! She immediately put me at ease and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly.

As a Physician myself it's always odd being the patient, but Dr. Snook makes it easy and comfortable. Love her vibrant, bubbly personality! It's easy to check in and not much of a wait before you get in. The atmosphere is comfortable and staff pleasant. I feel very comfortable trusting Dr. Snook with my medical care!
