Love her!
We have been with Dr. McGraw for almost seven years and love her! She is well informed, caring, and she always takes the time to explain, so that we can understand. Highly recommend her!

Rude
Very condescending, does not take time to listen to concerns. Uses personal preference for care instead of following general medical practices. However staff and other physicians in her office are all wonderful.

Dismissive with an air of superiority- doesn’t understand complex medical conditions but will insist she is correct. After telling her what specialists had said she still insisted she was right. We will definitely not be back to see her ever again.

I was concerned that my son wasn't getting enough milk when he was born. In the hospital I talked to everyone about this and they brushed it off and said he looked fine. Dr. McGraw took my concerns very seriously and did some lab work that confirmed my suspicions. She spent over half an hour talking with us about how breast feeding was going, different strategies we could try, how to pump and how to increase my supply, and she helped us make the very difficult decision to switch to formula.

Late Friday afternoon call to our family doctor's office to have a twin's ear ache looked at even though the regular doctor was on vacarion. Yes sure, just get here by 5:30. Rush over, made the appointment. THEY REFUSE TO SEE THE OTHER TWIN that was right there with us:. NOT ON THE BOOKS, so come see me tomorrow. The other one with the pink eye and ear infection, that walked in the door at the same time. Triple F for this doctor. Spent an hour and a half running to urgent care and pharmacy

Literally the WORST doctor I have ever dealt with. She over-reacts on some things and spends so much time with minor details that she completely misses the big picture. Unreliable with form. Horrible. ZERO stars.

My daughter has seen Dr. McGraw since she was a baby, so that is for 13 years now. Dr. McGraw is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My daughter loves her and actually looks forward to doctor appointments.

Concerns of autism were not addressed until it was almost too late for early intervention services for my youngest son. Another son had a bad case of poison ivy and she only wanted to discuss his BMI and didn't address the thing we were in there for. She then made him feel bad for his weight and didn't even notice he was making progress in fixing the issue. After that, she didn't provide treatment for the poison ivy. We had to go to a dermatologist. We haven't gone back since.

Dr. McGraw was polite enough though not very thorough. She seemed a bit dismissive when I would bring up concerns about my child. She didn't seem very willing to answer my questions concerning medications and vaccines. She actually asked me to leave the practice because I wanted to do vaccines every month instead of every two months to break up exposure to aluminum. She was not willing to discuss my concerns or even reassure me. She just abruptly told me to find another doctor.
