DO NOT GO SEE
My friend went to see Dr. Leib for depression and anxiety medication management. She was told by Dr. Leib that 'panic, anxiety attacks, and breakdown aren't real.' She was also told '99% of her patients are bipolar.' That does not mean that is your baseline diagnosis Dr. Leib. She also cut my friend off on the THREE questions she asked. A poor excuse for a psychiatrist. Shame on you; mental health support is too hard to find to have a physician like Dr. Leib.

She put me on the highest dose of a medicine. When I called to tell her of the side effects I was feeling, she took me off a different medicine. I had the shakes, I was losing my balance, and I was a wreck emotionally. It cost me my job. I didn't know I was on the highest dose until I went to another doctor. She kept accusing me of not telling her things. Previous and current dr have no problem understanding me.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Leib for almost five years. I understand the low reviews at first, when I first started working with her I felt disrespected at times but it worked into her holding me accountable in a way that made me want to change my actions. The longer I have worked with her the more I trust her. She is knowledgeable in her field and does a really good job at explaining criteria and symptoms in basic terms. For the past two years I’ve been driving two hours to go see her because I refuse to find someone new

I came here to look up Dr. Leib's address and was shocked by these reviews. I have been treated by her for seven years with both positive results and experiences. I've felt comfortable referring friends and family and haven't heard complaints. Dr. Leib takes time to listen to me, consider my opinions, and then discuss options with me. If I decline things, she respects that - we talk about the "why" and then we look at next steps. I've always felt in control of my treatment. Dr. Leib is the only Dr. who realized anti-depressants were making me worse, not better, and switched my course of treatment. I've seen a number of psychiatrists over the last 20 years and Dr. Leib is the only one who put me on track to stay on the same plan for years at a time without incident. She is the best psychiatrist I have worked with.

Very good. She is honest, which is what I want in a Dr. She knows her medication well. Dr. Leib gives many examples relating your diagnosis to everyday scenarios. I have been seeing her for 6 yrs.

Do not use this woman. She is a poor excuse for a doctor. She is very condensending, judgmental and very opinionated when she knows absolutely nothing about me.

2.2 rating is much too high for her ,never in my life has a doctor been so crude, insulting. Or hurtful as P Leib. I can't even write the word "doctor "when thinking about how she treated my wife , My wife saw her for about one year for depression and the last time she came out of her office crying uncontrollably from what P Leib said .

Please do not use this "doctor"! She is crude and unsympathetic. Her "secretary" is her husband and is very rude and unprofessional. He literally yelled and cursed at me because I missed payment! All she was any good for was medicine. Go to your regular doctor for that.

Diagnosed as Bipolar from day #1!! Medication answer she said. Medication caused many problems! When she was told she answered condescendingly making you seem like you are an idiot. After looking up side effects they matched what I was experiencing including memory loss. Initially my problem was depression and some anger issues. NOT BIPOLAR!! Strongly advised unless you are seeking Dr. who likes to prescribe meds. and not about your well being avoid her like the plague!!
