Dr Pam is not only extremely knowledgeable, she is compassionate and has the best bedside manner. I am so happy we found her.

I’m honestly surprised that this provider has any positive reviews at all. I felt extremely rushed and when I asked questions she responded “it’s all in the printout.” She did not bother to wait while I even glanced at the 18 page printout she had just handed me and left the room while I was mid-sentence. I asked if she could wait a minute so I could make sure I understand the printout before rushing off. She said a nurse would be in if I had any questions. The nurse obviously had no idea what I was talking about since he wasn’t in the room during the appointment so it was a very flawed system for communicating information. This doctor is a huge disappointment to the medical field. I think she spent 3 minutes with me. When I tried to give feedback to the manager, they were extremely defensive. I didn’t feel like they even understood how bad the customer service was.

I had an appointment with Dr. Jakubowicz. She didn't even have the decency to give me 5 minutes of her time in person. She was on the computer the whole time asking me questions. I couldn't tell her my concerns or why I was actually there. She didn't even know my name. She said I'll order some creams to your pharmacy. I was there to have my face examined, I don't even think she looked at my face. With that, she said thank you for coming and goodbye. The worst appointment and beside manner I have ever experienced.

Very good doctor, she is thorough and yes very concerning with your needs. I would recommend her highly. Moreover, her staff is pleasant and patient.

I waited 1 1/2 hours to have a 5 min visit. She may have great reviews, but this was not good practice.

This is my second visit to Dr. J & my last visit! My first visit I waited for a hour. This visit was ridiculous!!! My appointment was at 3:30, at 5pm. There was still 4 people ahead of me. She over books all the appointments & of course she runs behind everytime. Then she tried to rush threw my visit. I wasn't seen until 5:30. This makes no sense. I will never return to Dr. Dr Pam Jakubowicz.

So sweet and completely helpful. Resolved my rash immediately.
