Dr. Jackson and her staff were pleasant and professional and I have had wonderful experience at this office. I had a physical for my Commercial Driving License and a regular annual checkup. I already made another appointment for my next physical. I recommend Dr. Jackson highly.

We came in contact with Dr. Jackson and her office staff when she was the designated covering doctor for the primary care physician for an elderly family member. It was, in total, a very unpleasant and very bad experience. No concern overall for our elderly family member. In particular - no concern, empathy, or professional medical attention paid to the family member's pain - which was associated with a clinical condition that the regular doctor treats. Arrogant, mean and lazy.
