Was in ER & needed to establish a permanent family doctor which are few in my area. Hospital patient representative said she was taking new patients and called and made me appointment. Next day I get email saying my appointment was canceled because it wasn’t booked properly. WHAT? I texted back and next day they called me and said she could see in Match 2024! I’ll be dead by then so I’m canceled and still looking for a doctor who takes new patients on Medication & Med-Cal . If they don’t take insurance they should just say so!

I have been suffering with a rash for 6 months and she has done nothing to expedite a referral to a dermatologist and at the 1 visit I saw her she did not look at the rash, her statement was "I don't do rashes". And her online responses are very curt and she takes the full 48-72 hours to respond

Easily the most expensive PCP visit of my life. Went in for my annual and I had a question and before I could finish my sentence she stopped me and said "this could be a separate charge" even though I went in FOR A FULL PHYSICAL. All she did was look in my mouth after my question and gave me a referral to someone else. She did/billed everything possible though. It's now 3 months after my visit and I am still receiving bills. $44 here, $25 there, $15 here for god knows what she ordered. I don't know what I'm still being billed for, when 2 weeks after the visit she said everything resulted okay. I payed my co-pay that day and I have good insurance. So what is resulting now that I am JUST NOW being billed for? I've had the same tests with other physicians and never been billed like this. Will never be going back to her. No importance for patient care, seems to only care about the money she can get out of you.

She was extremely unfriendly and coldhearted. Going through a whole lot and she didn’t say anything to make me feel better about the way things were going. I’ve never met a doctor with such poor intrapersonal skills.

When it comes to my refills I call in she doesn't even do it I have to wait to get app to go in t o her. Then when my back is flared up I go in to tell her she makes comments that I dress her out. Cause she has to refer me to pain management. It's like she doesn't want to bother with me.

First visit she doesn't listen I brought medical records in about my pain conditions and not once did she ask for my records at that time only to sign form Already she ready to leave nor do she act as if she cared from the second visit judge me on my first visit wasn't the kind of person I care to see. Second visit no better never change medication that i so badly needed No respect at all she was no better in a cold hearted also left me without pain medications soon due. Only two visit
