Terrible practice
This is not a professional establishment. Whatever you’re health condition is coming in you will most likely not get any care or treatment until multiple visits and they aren’t reliable to make appropriate diagnosis. This is just a place open to take insurance money. Don’t go there for care

STAY AWAY
Unless you like being treated like you're beneath someone, over talks you and is blatantly rude...do not go to this clinic. The ONLY saving grace is the big nurse. Don't know her name.

horrible
Horrible Dr and staff. They Left my mother who is disabled and can barely walk with a walker to find her own xray facility, and sent her on her way with an outdated list that 1/4 of the facilties are closed permanently and another 50% that wont take medicare. then when asked to help find a location and set an appointment, the dr got on the phone and argued that its not thier responsiblilty and go to the hospital and the will tell you where to go... absolutley horrible Dr.!

Doesn't listen to the patient, treats the symptom and not the cause, staff doesn't answer the phone, always takes hour to two hours for appointment

My concerns about my health were immediately dismissed and I was continuously dismissed by Dr. Agarwal until I finally switched to a doctor who identified the problem and was able to provide immediate treatment. During my first visit with Dr. Agarwal, in the first three minutes, I was told that my long-term allergy medicine was bad, and I needed to switch to OTC, (which if she'd asked, I'd have told her I worked with my previous internal medicine doctor for a long time to find one that worked because OTC made me ill/pass out for hours.) She didn't listen to me, was dismissive, and decided that my symptoms were all just anxiety (they weren't) which is something that happens all too often for women. There's a huge amount of gas-lighting of women and their symptoms in medicine, and unfortunately, this clinic does exactly that. Meanwhile, symptoms continue or worsen. It was a pretty awful experience. I'm sure other clients have had similar ones.

I was having issues with my period after coming off birth control and it had been SIX months no period. Dr. Agarwal was very dismissive of my concern and told me to wait 6 more months. I went to a different OBGYN who immediately said it wasn't normal and ordered an ultrasound, which found I have PCOS. I would never go back to this clinic again. Also, they scheduled me for an annual appointment, didn't contact me with a followup reminder and then tried to charge me for not going to it. Overall terrible experience.

Dr. Agarwal has been helpful every time - once I've gotten back to see her. My main complaint has been with her office's scheduling and billing. She's only in the office two days a week, and those two days are consistently overbooked. Additionally, aside from one nurse, there has been no continuity in Dr. Agarwal's staff, and issues seem to get lost in transition. Overall, I think she's a competent doctor but I just wish the practice was managed better.

I started going to Dr. Agarwal because of a switch in insurance so I had to find a new doctor. I researched many I knew I wanted to see an internist after reading the reviews I made an appointment. I have been with her for over a year now I'm so glad I made the switch. I thought my last internist was good and he was but Dr. Agarwal well she's much better. She takes the time with you listen's & hear's what you are saying is going on. She understands each person's treatment may be different.

Have yet to have an appt with her as her staff sluffed me off each time I called to be seen as a new patient ASAP as I was suffering w/a painful UTI. My PCP wasn't available. Each time I called/emailed (5+ times in 2 weeks) I was always told that she had not yet read my request. Her office seemed totally uninterested in taking me as a new patient & instead I suffered thru the UTI treating it myself. Her profile needs to read NOT taking new patients since she doesn't seem to care to get them.
