Telehealth
Dr. Kasai is an exemplary physician. She has overseen my care through illness, multiple injuries, and life changes. She takes her time at each visit and is a thoughtful and caring professional. Thorough!
Dr. Kasai is my primary physician. I’ve been visiting her for several years now, including my annual physicals. She is very thorough, addressing each concern and explaining her thoughts on causes, potential treatments, and outcomes. She listens well and follows up with recommendations on MyChart regarding test results. I highly recommend Dr. Kasai.

Dr. Kasai diagnosed me with mild arthritis on the basis of an X-ray with no follow-up soft tissue imaging. In spite of insisting that the degree of pain and swelling I was experiencing was extreme, I was dismissed and told to take ibuprofen, lose weight, and eat an anti-inflammatory diet. I spent years working on what turned out to be a badly torn meniscus that never healed properly.

I was very to have found Dr. Kasai and this clinic so close to home. I took my granddaughter for a wellness checkup and found the doctor to be personable, well informed and throrough. The nurse and staff were friendly and professional.

Wonderful doctor. Listens and cares. Patient is involved in their healthcare. I looked for a competent doctor that would listen and provide solutions for a long time. I feel comfortable with her. Very knowledgeable and don't leave any doubts. She addresses any concerns aggressively. Not all the doctors are the same. I count my blessing to find her and going to be her patient as long as possible.

Dr. Kasai is very skilled and well informed. My daughter has had difficulty with depression and Dr. Kasai's first line of defense was to check vitamin D (very low turns out) and use herbal supplements before considering synthetic medications. This was based on her research of effective treatments.

I cannot thank Dr. Kasai enough for her diligence and thoughtfulness as medical professional.. She saved my life by referring me to begin preventive breast cancer screenings at age 33 due to my mother's history of being diagnosed at age 40. She was the first doctor to recommend starting screenings to me and it uncovered a very aggressive, rare breast cancer that likely would've ended my life if left a few years to discover myself. I've now beat cancer and am happy and healthy.

Dr. Kasai is great with kids and adults. Awesome to have great local doctors in Sammamish. My daughter had a double ear infection and she was patient and very thorough with directions. We were not rushed and got the help we needed quickly. The office is brand new, clean and well organized. Easy free & covered parking is there too. We got a same day appointment too!

We have used Dr. Kasai as our children's PCP for the last couple of years. She is patient, understanding, and thorough. We look forward to our visits with her and her nurse Zhang. Highly recommend.
