Level of care & follow-up was terrible. Never heard back after test results were in. Contacted her a wk later & she told me hormone levels were low. Said she'd follow-up w necessary adjustments. Wk later I contacted her again after not hearing back. She asked if I would like to set an appointment. I said no I simply want my levels adjusted according to results, she said ok then I will call you tomorrow. Wk later still no response. Requested refund & she said 'No, service was already rendered.'
