Amazing experience
Dr. Padmaja Gayam is more than just an allergist. I saw an allergist 20 years ago who diagnosed me with being allergic to virtually everything I eat and breathe. Dr. Padmaja Gayam listened to my symptoms, suggested specific allergy tests, allergy medicine changes and dietary changes that have me feeling better than I have in years.

I wish Dr. Gayam was a family physician and not just a specialist, because I would switch today!! I have suffered with sinus issues for 20+ years. I had gotten used to no sense of smell or taste over the years. I have always been told it was allergies and been given steroids and antihistamines with no relief. I even had one specialist tell me surgery was my only option for relief. After only two visits with Dr. Gayam, she solved it all with one treatment method that didn’t not involve surgery or an overload of prednisone and antihistamines. I have been able to smell and taste food for the first time in years! I am so grateful. She provided information that changed my qualify of life that no one over the years of seeking relief was able to do. I recommend her to anyone who is sick of just having medication pushed on you with no results and has not been able to find the answers they need anywhere else. You will not be sorry. She takes her time, listens to you, and genuinely cares.

WASTE OF TIME visit.I was told I would be tested for possible allergic reactions to certain elements on my scheduled visit but the Dr. had no testing strips! 3 weeks later still no call. Staff of 3, not like pictured online, I did not find the dr. to be very helpful to say the least so after calling they suggested I go somewhere else which I will do.

Dr. Gayam is one of the best doctors I've ever known. I've struggled with allergies all of my life and over the past 10 years under her care my health has improved significantly. She gets to the root cause of my issues quickly, explains the treatments thoroughly, is an excellent listener and demonstrates genuine caring and concern in all of our interactions. Her office is well run and all of the staff at TAA are kind and caring. Dr. Gayam is the best of the best.

Dr. Gayam was more helpful than any doctor I've been to in the last five years. She took the time to understand my condition (chronic migraines), and was determined to get to the bottom of my symptoms, even though they weren't entirely caused by allergies. She gave me a list of things to try and information to keep track of for when I could meet with a neurologist. She was so thorough and helpful. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with any doctor.

After hearing rave reviews about her from several of my close friends, I decide to make an appointment. Relief at last! She took the time to get to the bottom of my daughter's issues and and best of all she was so compassionate, my daughter has had a complicated history and is terrified of needles and doctors.

Very poor service. Only knows about basic allergies that show up on standard tests. Knows nothing about complex medical issues that go along with abnormal histamine response. She ordered multiple tests & never followed up w/results despite us calling and leaving messages multiple times. When someone finally answered the phone, he wanted to fax us the results. She was supposed to talk w/an expert about my daughter's condition & call us. She didn't. It's been over a month. No results. No relief.

I continue to drive 35 minutes each way to Triangle Allergy even though they are out of network because of the trust and comfort level I have in them. Dr. Gayam is like an old fashioned doctor in that she is kind, empathetic, and I feel she is the best allergist in the area. My 11 yo son has been seeing her for about 8 years now and she was able to treat his severe allergies with homeopathic allergy shots rather than subjecting him to unnecessary x rays and steroids like the previous doctor.
