Dr. Padma Venkataraman has been the 1st to really listen and help adjust my husbands diabetic meds and help him get stabilized, long term, positive results from her analysis. She is very good at adjusting and even removing unneeded meds as progress is made. It has been very good to find her expertize and help!

Dr. Padma appeared to be concerned for me while I was in office. However, two messages have been sent thru CCOM with no response. I have called and asked for referral to another doctor and No Response. An email or phone call from Dr. Padma or her assistant would have been ok but no response at all is not the way to care for patient.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. It was the WORST experience ever. I waited for an hour to find out Cassandra (Front Desk) thought I was a medical rep, not a patient. Then when I FINALLY got to a room, the Medical Assistant, Natasha, was absolutely 100% RUDE to me in every way. I've never been treated this rude by a person who is in the medical field. Absolutely unacceptable. I run a medical office myself so I know how it should be done. Dr. Padma needs to get a new Medical Assistant.

Doctor is Good Clinic though is not getting Prescriptions filled through them is impossibility, when they need to refill out any forms due to " say a form they have being outdated" have been waiting over three months for one prescription to be taken care of by them. Now waiting over two weeks for another for test strips to be taken care of and now almost out with no way to purchase such. There Office Staff in my Eyes most likely "DATA ENTRY" have Lost there way or Fired & not replaced yet.

Most unorganized clinic i have ever dealt with. They made me run the same tests over and over again because results just disappear out of their system. tried to have me pay for 3 sonograms. not my fault they messed up first 2. Still waiting 3 weeks later on results that should have been given to me a week after I took the test. Though i have seen this doctor numerous times now she still acts like she is brand new to my case every time she sees me. they absolutely do not return calls!!!!
