Read my main office review. Staff is excellent. Dr. Reddy is the best MD in her profession. Thoughtful, Kind, Caring about patients. Sits & discusses full diagnosis, lab work, renal diets for me and other diets for other patients. She encouraged me to take one of the newer drugs on the market that helps stop the progression of Chronic Kidney Disease. I was hesitant at first and she approved me to take it. My PCP wouldn't contact the pharmaceutical company until Dr. Reddy said yes, order it. I was near dialysis ot transplant when I first saw her I had 18% of my kidneys left. I'm at 45-47% use of my kidneys now. I've never missed a day taking the medication in 3-4 years now. Just because a doctor gives you a low lab result, ask about options to help cure your disease or help it's progression of eGFR keeping to get higher numbers. I almost signed up for a transplant st 18% use of my kidneys. Not any more. I'm a believer in trusting my doctor. I can't belive in 7 years I'm getting better. And I eat my renal diet every day, with plenty of water. I watched a friend here near me, whose doctor refused to give my friend the same med I'm on. She was told it hasn't cured anyone else from the same drug. In diabetic clinical trials, many patients eGFR increased and they had excellent progression in their eGFR and still in clinical trials. If you can't afford the medication, you can apply to the manufacturer of the drug and apply for a grant of that drug. When I started my copay was sky high up to $9k. I got my grant within a month. The copay I was told has gone way down. And my wonderful PCP filled out the forms again and I now have several more months until the grant is gone. Dr. Reddy is better than the 5 nephrologists I was referred to first. All they did was take my BP and nothing more. Her MA'S are the best to be taking care of me before Dr. Reddy.

Fantastic Doctor and staff
Dr. Reddy and her staff are wonderful, caring people. Pam at the front desk as well as (ALL) the other employees are always friendly, considerate and compassionate. Anyone who says otherwise, must be at the wrong office. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Reddy for over (8) years, We would never go anywhere else.

Dr Reddy and her staff are great!!
I'm not sure why people have given Dr Reddys front end staff and nurse bad reviews. I found them fantastic and welcoming. Dr Reddy is a wonderful doctor and in the process of helping my kidneys out.

Dr. Reddy is very good at what she does, but her front desk staff are very nasty and they let you sit for along time without letting the dr. know you are there. When you ask them a simple question they act like you are really taking up their time at doing nothing to answer you. They come to work nasty and leave nasty, they are not people persons at all.
