EXCELLENT

Doctor is caring and very good WHEN you get to see or talk with her. With this office the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing AND THEN they try to pin the mess ups on the patient. Wait time is also at least an hour, usually longer. In fact, for last few TeleHealth appointments we have waited between 3 hours to 6 weeks, yes SIX WEEKS form original appointment date to finally speak with the doctor! And you guessed it, the doctor and office insist they called despite fact that we called them 4 consecutive days after the original appointment asking what happened and for a call back and then gave up. Each followup call was met with an 'I'm sorry, not sure what happened....I will have doctor call you" ..only to never receive call back. I have held my tongue/review for a long time because I kept chalking this up to 'we all make mistakes' and 'covid mixups' but I just can't be silent any longer. Looking for new doctor office.

First time in a long time I have found someone in the medical profession that cares the way she does. She really wants to get tot he root of my health problems. I am so blessed she is my Dr.

She is the most thorough, compassionate and competent doctor I've ever been to. She takes her time and really CARES! My husband and I feel very lucky to have her as our Primary Physician.

I just recently started going to Dr. Khanchu and she is easily one of the most thorough doctors I've ever been to. She takes the time to explain every test result and potential treatment plans.

She is the best doctor we have ever had, very smart, compassionate and never lets anything go without addressing each concern. She also refers to other doctors who are great in their fields.

I have known Dr. Khanchu for a number of years in a professional capacity. When that relationship ended I decided I wanted her to be my primary care doctor. One of the best decisions I have ever made. During my physical she and her assistant were extremely thorough. I have been fighting a severe upper respiratory infection for two and a half months and she diagnosed a severe sinus infection. I was put on two antibiotics and within less than a week I was mostly over it.

Dr. Knanchu has been my internist for 7 years. She is thorough, conscientious and proactive but most importantly I credit her for saving my life. I had symptoms that appeared to be the flu or food poisoning. To make a Long story short she diagnosed me as having a possible bowel obstruction. If it was any other doctor I might not have been so lucky. I highly recommend Dr. Knanchu if you are looking for a doctor that is truly committed to the well being of her patients.
