I love Doctor Singh, she has been my Doctor for over ten years. She is very compassionate and thorough. I am moving from Illinois to Oklahoma this week and wish I could taker her with me.

I had such a bad experience it prompted me o send her and the staff this email I called your office around 5:44pm today to say thank you for the help that you have provided to me, but I have decided that we must part ways. As I left, I could not shake the way I was spoken to, and that I was not allowed to speak until after you finished scolding and insulting me. I expect to have a doctor and office staff that exercises proactive communication and that knows a little bit about my medications or medical history (particularly if it is things that have occurred while I was under their/your care). The first thing you said to me, is am I attacking your staff because you are women of color. This was puzzling and insulting because I am a woman of color. What does asking for proactive communication about a medication that I had been waiting weeks for have to do with women of color? Additionally, why is it unreasonable or considered to be "flipping out on your staff" for me to ask for a courte

Dr does not take time to listen to the patient. Office is the most disorganized I have ever seen. Expect to wait for an hour before youcan be seen by Doctor for less than 5 minutes. Do not expect to be informed on your test results.

She seems a little unprofessional. Never returns call. Does not answer questions. Overall don't feel safe in her care.
