I GOT ONE BREAST BIGGER THAN THE OTHER DUE TO A DOCTOR'S MISTAKE My Experience with Dr. Balto: Lack of Transparency and Surgical Errors. I decided to share my experience with Dr. Balto and his team to warn others about the problems I faced and recommend that they seek another doctor. I wasn't the only one who went through this; I met several people at the clinic who went through worse things. 1- I traveled from another state to have my silicone implant replaced. I chose Dr. Balto based on several videos on his social media. Since it was a simple surgery, 2. Problems during the Pre-Operative Consultation: The consultation was scheduled for 4 pm, but I was only seen at 9 pm. During that time, I saw many patients in discomfort, some bleeding and in pain, waiting since 10 am. 3. Inadequate Recommendations: When I was finally seen, the consultation lasted only 5 minutes. Dr. Balto suggested additional procedures such as a nose job, liposuction on my thighs and abdomen, even though I had not mentioned any issues with my self-esteem. I realized that he was only interested in money! 4. Unexpected Increase in Costs: Before the surgery, I was informed of a significant increase in the cost of the procedures, which seemed unfair, especially for out-of-state patients who were already committed to surgery. 5. Results of Surgery: After the surgery, I discovered that the silicone implants I had implanted were different sizes and shapes. This had a negative impact on my appearance and self-esteem. Dr. Balto and his team acknowledged that there was a mistake, but did not offer a satisfactory solution for the correction, as he requested a payment of $3,000 to correct the problem in addition to the $6,400 that was initially paid. 6- When you undergo surgery, you expect everything to go smoothly, with no room for such basic errors. It is not fair that I have to undergo another surgery to correct a mistake that was made by the doctor. In addition to the additional costs of airfare, lodging, food and the recovery home, I will also have to bear the costs of the days that I will be off work and the risk associated with another surgery. In short, I deeply regret having had the surgery with Dr. Balto. They are only concerned with making money

Dr Pablo Baltodano is a gifted, talented plastic surgeon. He is kind, professional and compassionate. After seeing some of his work on Instagram, I decide to set an appointment for Arm lift and breast lift procedure after weight loss. I felt that he was the surgeon I need it. He is nothing compare to any other surgeon I have seen before. He provided me with different options that make my dreams come true and after having three separated surgeries with him, I can only say that he worked magic on me! He has the experience and natural ability to sculpt the human body. I would highly recommend Dr Pablo Baltodano for any of the procedure you’re looking to get done. I am very bless to have him as my doctor and very thankful to him and his staff for all the great care. I can't thank him enough for his care throughout my entire experience at his office. I am beyond pleased with my results and overwhelmed by his patience and kindness.
