My neck feels stronger since having PRP with Dr. Silva and I am no longer experiencing constant headaches and the feeling of a "heavy" head. I've also noticed that my upper back and shoulders feel better too even though those areas weren't treated. I will likely see him for more PRP treatments to continue to stabilize and strengthen my neck in the future. Really happy with my results so far! The office staff is very friendly and professional as well.

Dr. Silva is perhaps the most attentive doctor I have ever encountered. He spent a very long time with me at my first visit and I felt very cared for by he and his team when I had my first PRP treatment with him, which I was extremely nervous about. It wasn't as bad as I expected, and the results have made it all worth it. My daily neck pain and constant headaches have been significantly reduced and I no longer have to take medications for pain relief constantly. This has been life changing for me. I'd recommend him to anyone who is looking to understand their options for treating a complicated pain problem in a highly personalized manner. I only wish I had learned about him sooner!

After a thorough consultation on my knee issues, Dr Silva presented several treatment choices for me to consider, including how long each of these treatments might last. I opted for the Cellular Treatments which I had done to both knees in March, 2020. I was told it could take up to 12 months to reap the full benefits of the treatments as in no pain & back to what their best function might be. In 3 months I felt I had turned a corner & could forget about my knees some, & they have only continued to improve. I did get PT following the treatments, have been using a stationary bike for almost a year now, & can walk miles without issues ~ something I was UNABLE to do prior to my treatments. I doubt I will return to my main love of tennis, but only because I would not want to damage or jeopardize ANY of the improvements I have gained thus far. Not having constant & burning pain has been such a relief.

I was having neck pain, headaches everyday and low back pain when I came into see Dr. Silva. I was training for a marathon and was having low back pain after my long runs. Since having my low back treatment I have not had any other issues during my training. Dr. Silva is a very kind, attentive and easy to talk to. He actually listens to what you have to say, does not rush you and gives you all of his attention. I did not feel rushed during my visit and felt like he actually cared about me as a person and that I was not just another number. Since my treatment my headaches have disappeard and my low back pain is gone!

I have been to many MANY doctors who rush me out the door after 15 minutes of talking. They are busy working on the computer and dont even look at me and then the visit is over and I have nothing to show for it. I was introduced to Dr. Silva via recommendation from a musculoskeletal specialist. My work with Dr. Silva has resembled a “restoration project,” with separate treatments to different areas over 14 months. He has (or is) treating a 25+ year old impact & twisting injury to a foot/ankle; knee issues related to osteoarthritis & improper tracking; and persistent back pain arising from several sources, including a painful annular (disc) tear. Our most recent work involved injections into a bone (foot) and a disc in my back. This work involved more inherent risk so greater discussion in advance. Dr. Silva is very knowledgeable on the latest in sports therapy (I am a veterinarian so I know quite a bit about joints), He did a comprehensive informative exam and took his time to explain everything about the treatment and what to expect. I was so impressed with Dr. Silva. He spends plenty of time with you as the patient so neither you or he are rushed and you leave feeling not only heard but also confident with a treatment plan. I have had Stem cell treatment with a prior Doctor, PRP, and Prolotherapy with Dr. Silva, all to treat osteoarthritis pain, torn hip labrum's and lumbar and sacral pain. I am doing great and plan to repeat if needed in the future to keep pain from returning as it is the best and easiest way to avoid unnecessary surgery. I had the most relaxing and informative consultation and treatment I could ask for. Although i researched ahead of time, I still felt nervous coming in. Dr. Silva spent so much time with my exam and answering all the questions i had. He was genuine and informative and within the two hours he spent with me, he put me at ease. He explained the options I had in terms that I understood and even added some humor to my fear of needles. The ultrasound was incredible, he pointed out what he was looking at and what was concerning. I've gone through the traditional route of MRIs and surgery and never once experienced that in the past. I can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and is really passionate about what he does.

Dr. Silva is extremely precise and methodical in his treatments. As a career firefighter and a past athlete, I have sustained a lot of reoccurring irritations to injured areas of my body. He has treated my low back, hip, shoulder and neck. PRP, prolo, and an oxidative nucleoplasty to an herniated disc have been a saving grace to be able to continue doing my job as a firefighter. I had PRP treatment for a rotator cuff tear of my left shoulder to avoid surgery. After 12 weeks the outcome on the PRP injected shoulder was as good as the surgical outcome years earlier on my right shoulder. I would choose the interventional approach again if the occasion arises. My exsperience with Dr Silvia has been excellent and most enjoyable. He is well educated, well spoken and up to date. I am also a physician and have had stem cell, PRP and Prolo therapies on my shoulders and knees. All of the procedures have led to relief of pain in my joints and better functionality of the treated joints.
