Dr Osmanuddin Ahmed was very direct with me about an IVC filter I had and he showed it to me on my CTangiogram and explained everyting upfront and gave me my options. I had been in so much pain before he removed it and not only pain but I could not eat because my food would go right through me. I was very sick and I knew it. He told me my pain would never fully go away. When I woke up, I told him the sharp burning stabbing pain was gone. It was gone. But he was right I still had pain. Thank you Dr. Ahmad for saving my life. I only wish Medicare would have paid you. You, your staff and that wonderful University of Chicago took such a loss on me. I am so sorry for that Sir.
