Dr. Not Helpful
I cannot complain about this place and Doctor enough. They charge an annual fee of $150. That fee is for them to convert from a paper office to a digital one (which seems like it should be their expense not the customers to me.) The doctor was kind but unhelpful and sent me home with no options when I came in. Then the staff called two days later with additional paperwork they wanted me to come back in and do and I told them I did not want to take more time off of work. They aren't digital so they do not have an email address. Next, 4 months after my visit I got a paper bill for an additional $230. When I made my appointment originally I had asked about my insurance coverage with their practice and this was not divulged. I was told I only had to pay a $20 copay. So now I am expected to pay $380 for nothing. I truly wanted help with a medical issue and now I'm just out a bunch of money which is really sad.

Never. Did not recognize and read symptoms correctly and failed to prescribe needed antibiotics resulting in a devastating case of influenza. Believes conservative treatment is doing nothing rather than trying out likely treatment choices. Admitted mistakes and then charged $100 when I went to his office to complain. Do not trust Dr. Gray.

I'm knocking hard on 70. Dr. Gray has been my primary for over seven years. He's patient, listens, discusses his diagnoses, and is open, direct, and empathetic.

I just needed to renew my prescription, and surely enough I was told that I had to make an appointment. I told the nurse that the time of the appointment was inconvenient because I had to take my father in law to his doctor. She assured me that the appointment will be short be it’s just for the prescription renewal. She said you’ll be in and out. Well, I was waiting for 40 minuets, nurse said I’ll be next, dr grey comes out and goes to another patient. I finally had to leave in a hurry.
