Dr Depaz just hardly spends any time with his patients. Every month I saw a PA. Dr Depaz just signs the prescriptions. I became physically dependent on the opioids prescribed and was provided no help to get off them. Then, when I had a problem with them, Dr Depaz dumped me as a patient and allowed me to go through severe opioid withdrawal with no help. That was 10 days of hell followed by months of prolonged post-acute withdrawal syndrome. No help provided. Dr Depaz is just a pill pusher.

I would never visit this doctor imposter again. A very wise physician once said, a good doctor knows that he does not know everything. Dr. DePaz gives miss leading and incomplete information to patients. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences with a doctor that I ever experienced; he refused to hear his patient or believe their needs

Would not recommend this office. My family Dr. sent a referral to Dr. Depaz office for me to have 6 visits. I was given the run around and 2 months later, still have not had a call for an appointment. Found out from my insurance company Dr. Depaz is no longer at the office in Gainesville. Bad rating on this office.
