Dr Mahoney is amazing. He is very professional, but not in a detached way he listens to what you have to say and responds to any concerns you may have. I am appreciative that he has pursued knowledge and kept up-to-date with the best methods of surgery and joint replacements.

Dr. Mahoney was recommended to me by a friend. His office was four hours away, and he was aware of how far I traveled to see him. He spent a significant amount of time to help resolve a problem with my right hip that was replaced by another doctor over a year ago. He also provided me with a sound second opinion on how to best move forward. He was sensitive to my situation, and took time to help me understand my options. I would highly recommend Dr. Mahoney.

My presentation of symptoms was listened to; then Information about my condition and treatment plan was clearly presented. I was given the opportunity to ask questions.

Dr. Mahoney did a hip replacement for me twelve years ago and I could not have asked for better results. Now I am going to need a knee replacement and I have complete confidence in Dr. Mahoney. I have been a patients for many years for both knee and hip surgeries. Dr Mahoney has always taken the time to listen to me and answer my questions. I feel very secure in his care.

I have had both knees replaced by Dr Mahoney. At all times, I felt that he was professional as well as his staff. He always treated me with respect and kindness and always provided time for any questions that I might have asked. With my last appointment , after reviewing my e rays, he assured me that my concern was normal after a TKR surgery. This put me at ease. I feel that Dr Mahoney is an excellent choice for my orthopedic needs and will continue to use him as my surgeon for his specialty areas.

Dr Mahoney did 3 knee replacement surgeries (2 RT, 1 Left) and all 3 failed due to him not taking the time to allow the cement to properly cure before closing. The knees never healed, always hurt, limited movement and finally started to bleed internally into my calves. As many times I returned after the surgeries he had to know what the problem was but never told me. Went to another doctor and had both replaced. When he opened the knees they had cement debris which was the cause of the bleeding. Now everything is great; no pain and full mobility.

Over the years Doctor Mahony has replaced my knees and recentily my left hip.Dr Mahoney is kind, compassionate, and thorough. I have complete confidence in him. The only time I write a review is when I am completely satisfied or when completely dissatisfied God bless you Doctor Mahoney for who you are.

Dr Mahoney took plenty of time to explain my condition and clearly provided 3 options for addressing the issue. Answered all question and even provided hi cell # if I had more questions later. Very impressed.

Made me feel comfortable from the moment he entered the room. Reviewed my X-ray in laymen’s terms and answered all my questions so I could understand. He gave me his phone number in case I needed to contact him with further questions. He was recommended to me by a friend who was a patient of Dr Mahoney. My nerves have been calmed.

I saw Dr. Mahoney for an initial visit. He listened carefully to what I said and made an initial diagnosis that I feel certain will, eventually, correct the problem.

Waited 15 years to go under the knife. No regrets after 7 weeks He is the man in my opinion.
