Stay Away! Bad Doctor!
Dr.Hamer is a terrible Doctor. She also treated me like I was a drug seeking addict. She has absolutely zero personality! I was let go because she and the organization refused to re-read my urine samples. They were showing alchol in my urine,I told her I do not drink. If she would have read the report better she would have seen that the sample says ethanol was noticed due to fernentation of glucose. I am diabetic. Kicked to the curb..Stay away she does not listen at all. The group is money hungry. They tried charging my Insurance 400.00 for answering a 5 question Mental health survey on a Ipad. Also it is almost impossible to contact a real person.Everything is done through some stupid app via text.Warning sign is the front desk turnover was ridiculous ,must have been at least 10 changes. They for the most part were the only good thing about this place.

Worst pain management specialist ever
Not compassionate, talked down to me, treated me as drug-seeking. After 3 visits, said there was nothing she could do for me and abandoned me. This is how pain patients become suicidal.

Amazing Doctor
Have been seeing Dr Hamer for the past 5+ years...She listens and does what she can to help you...My situation is hopeless but she does all she can and tries different options to help you...She does not 'push' opioid or marijuana as others have claimed...I highly recommend Dr Hamer and will happily continue seeing her as part of my pain management therapy...

Very bad experience
I saw Dr. Hamer by chance after my scheduled doctor didn't come in the room. All I can say is that I was with the practice for 13 years & after seeing Hame LEFT the practice. None of my pain concerns or conditions were even addressed. If your looking for a pain management doctor my recommendation after 13 years with the practice is look somewhere else. I truly have never been treated more condescending then Dr. Hamer treated me.

Doesn't listen No bedside manner
Dr. Hamer knows more then you, & everyone else so don't bother trying to explain your health problems with her. She seemed very annoyed to have to listen to any concerns. She is not a board certified interventional pain management specialist though she practices medicine as one. If your looking for some medical marijuana Dr. Hamer is the doctor for you. Dr Hamer will gladly give you the state's maximum allotment of Marijuana for any health condition you may have that applies.

TERRIBLE DOCTOR!! Are there no agencies in NJ that monitor pain management doctors? Dr. Hamer treated several family members by over-medicating them with Oxycodone.

She is the worst. I have read several reviews that say she does not have any bedside manner. Rather, she is just not a nice person.
