Dr. Orlando Torres, MD

My experience at Dr. Torres office was not good. Dr. Torres does not respect his customer's time. I made an appointment with him two months ago for 3:30 pm and verified it twice through the text messages sent by the doctor's office. When I arrived to my appointment (1 hour earlier) the office was full of patients and I was informed that "patients" were called in by order of arrival. They failed to inform me about that when I first made the appointment. To make things worse, the doctor was not yet at the office at 2:30 when I arrived. I was informed that although they schedule patients starting at NOON, the doctor arrives at 4:30 pm every day and starts seeing patients at that time. It is normal for this doctor's patients to wait 4-5 hours before seeing him. So their so called appointments are FAKE. Dr. Torres does not respect his CUSTOMER'S time.

Every time I see him, I feel like he doesn’t listen to any of my concerns or anything I have to say for that matter. I’ve been suffering from Crohn’s disease since 2017 and when voicing my concerns to him, he’s on his computer updating other patients records and when he finally responds to me, it has nothing to do with anything I said and it seems that since I’m fairly young compared to his other patients, my concerns aren’t valid.
