Easy to work with and talk to. Surgery went well.
On time, on target. Office staff are excellent and he is a personable man. Everything came together well. Had hammertoe problem and bunion problem.... at six weeks later it appears everything went well.

Definitely would not recommend him to anyone!
I read about him on his website and thought he would help with my numbing feet instead he ordered a doppler for my right leg. He then explained, after the test, that I have a remnant vein that needs to be taken care of. (My cardiologist had taken care of the main vein which this doctor said it's a remnant vein from that.) I thought he's a doctor so he knows better than me. I made the appointment to close the vein which was done in November of 2023. Problems with my leg started on the day the assistant took a nerve to be the vein. I was in pain each day since that procedure and I noticed the area around my ankle started to darken in color. I went to see him in January, 2024. He sent me for an MRI which showed I had blood clots in the area. He proceeded to draw it out in his office which had me screaming with pain. I told him I went to him for numbing feet which he then told me he can't help with that. Really? I'm still having problems with the leg that I never had before.

well organized office and an excellent doctor.
I am very old with many old people problems so i am unable to cut my own toe nails, so i have to have them done by a foot doctor. His staff is well trained and they know how to handle grumpy old men with very sentative toes..Dr cedeno runs an well organized office always on time and My wife and I both go to him for any type of foot or ankle problem He has treated me for infections and a broken toe. When ever I require surgery it will be done by DR Cedeno. My wife and I are both very particular what doctors we go to so we only go to the best, so far I think dr cedeno is well above average.I just had a visit this morning and my feet were not cooperative but his nurse knew just how to Handel me, she did a great job without any discomfort.my toes are very sensitive. i use to have problems cutting my own nails. I never would let anyone else tough them, now i feel comfortable at Dr Cerdeno office.

Sutures split open right after surgery. Instead of resuturing, he allowed my incision to fested for WEEKS! My big toe healed crooked & to this day I have an abscess on the bottom of my big toe that gets infected, pusses up, needs draining, and he cut a wire too short in this toe so it's constantly fractured. My toe next to my pinky toe, the wire is cut too forward and there's NOTHING any surgeon can do to fix this to fix this permanent hammer toe other than amputation. Dr. C WOULD NO LONGER SEE ME AFTER MY SURGERY EVEN THOUGH I WAS STILL UNDER HIS CARE FOR MY SURGICAL WOUND UNTIL I PAID AN ADDITIONAL $400. I'VE NOW LIVED WITH THIS SINCE 2015-2016. He was taking bacterial samples of my wound without telling me & having them checked for MRSA. IF I didn't have MyChart, I never would have known bcos he certainly wasn't telling me. This man is horrible! Do not trust him!

I came in with a fungus that was never cured by my previous physician. I was told that I would need surgery because it was creating a problem within my toes blah blah. Apparently it was all a lie. Dr. Cedeno helped me without surgery. It’s week 3 and progress has definitely been made. I believe in his work and his word.

Dr. Cedeno knows feet! It’s a miracle that my feet feel as great as they do today. My bunions were awful and ugly. It was quite embarrassing honestly. I had them removed in 2018 by Dr. Cedeno. The recovery process was exactly what I thought it would be. I’m proud to say that in 2020 I’m back running again and feel better than before. I’m 58 and thought I would never feel this way again.

Thanks doc for your knowledge and compassion to explain things to me before and after my surgery. The recovery wasn’t too bad.. I’m happy to say I can actually stand on my feet and not feel the shooting pains that were once there because of my horrible bunions.

Leaves patients waiting over an hour and a half past their appointment time, and then rushes in and out of the exam room spending less than ten minutes. Not trustworthy enough to do surgery on me and I backed out. Seems his time is considered more valuable than that of his patients. Did not return.

I went to Dr Cedena with foot problems and he promised me surgery would fix me up. He did the surgery, and charged a lot more than he had said But I am much worse off and in constant pain. I fall over. I have difficulty walking. He never checked up on me afterwards, just sent me to therapy that didn't help. I went to talk to him about it, he didn't let me talk or look at me or my feet, just gave me another bill and sent me on my way. No followup. I got a patient advocate and he would talk to us

Dr. Cedeno was recommended by another Dr. in Harrisonburg. I called and made an appt for Wednesday June 6 at 2:30. Tuesday June 5, Dr. Cedeno's office called and told me the Dr. could not honor my appointment, could I come in at 1:30. I changed my schedule and arrived early. I was brought in from the waiting room a 1:30. At 2:10 I got up and left the room. When i told the woman sitting at the desk I was leaving because I had been waiting 40 minutes, one woman responded, "ok",

Aside from keeping us waiting in the exam room for nearly an hour and a half, he seemed okay. He was knowledgeable, understanding of our frustrations and concerns, and thorough. A week after scheduling the surgery, he send a certified letter refusing treatment and stating we could not establish a "quality relationship." No further explanation.Second time he has cancelled my surgery. Still in pain, I now have to find a new surgeon and start the process again. But what does he care?

He was very responsive to my concerns and conservative with his approach although surgery was necessary. Follow up care was also excellent. Pain management, a major concern for me, was addressed effectively and appropriately. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Dr. Cedeno.
