Unprofessional - Fails Medical Oath
Dr. Banjoko Discontinued my elderly mother's care with ZERO advanced notice, including canceling ALL medications without giving her opportunity to find other care. When the patient & doctor relationship hits an impass, I would 3xpect the medical professional to take the high road.

Excellent provider
My mom has been Dr. Banjokos patient since she was at Parkview and we have always had a wonderful relationship with her. I live out of state and whenever I am in town, I go with my mom to her visits. Her office staffs her warm and friendly and office is very neat and smells great.

I would not recommend her for any medical reason!
My wife and I were patients of hers for about 7 years. Recently, my wife had injections in her knees. Two days later, we both received notifications that we were no longer patients. I was due for an appointment the next week and it had been cancelled. During the time we were there there were no problems. She was treated with extreme respect and there was never any negative problem ever indicated. There was no reason given and when we tried to find out why she was not our doctor. her receptionist, her husband refused to tell us why we were no longer patients. He asked if we wanted a conversation with her. The next day he said that she refused to talk to us. In the time we were patients, the office staff constantly changed. Her husband, the office manager still refuses to give us our medical records. During our time as patients, we observed staff changes at every appointment.

As a person I really like doctor Banjoko; she is very personable and tells it like it is. As a provider I’m very displeased. As an initial prescriber she prescribed my 18 year old self a fertility medication Instead of birth control. She does not follow up with patients; I cannot tell you the numerous surprises from referrals calling to schedule me when I was unaware of the referral being placed. The office is a disaster; paperwork lost, no one communicates and half of staff is unfriendly.

Very long time for follow up care. Misdiagnosed very simple conditions. Prescribed incorrect medications to a diabetic that caused Emergency room care. Dismissed patient's comments and concerns.

My elderly mother was Ill & I called to get appt. was told the dr. wasn't seeing patients that week due to training. I begged her to see my mom & Dr. Banjoko told me to go to Urgent Care. She ended up having pneumonia.Does not complete paperwork in a timely manner. Must make numerous calls to get anything done. The assisted living home makes many faxes & calls to get results. Long term care insurance almost cancelled my father because it took her 2 mos. to fill out paperwork. Will not return!

She herself is very polite but she doesn't seem to care about her patient enough it takes forever to get a prescription filled she will not return a phone call to a patient or talk to a patient on the phone it takes a month to get paperwork that is desperately needed then I don't no if it's the doctor or her staff but I will not be going back to her for when she is not there
