I made an appointment at the Norcross office for pain management for my leg. It was never touched. Next thing, they have scheduled an injection in my back and an MRI. I was not asked about any previous treatment nor had any xrays. Thankfully, my insurance denied both for lack of prior treatment. Heck yes, I need to try PT before anything else is done. They kept sending reminders of the injection and I canceled it 3 times. Then they scheduled two other visits without talking to me. They are at offices I cannot drive to. I called and requested my pain contract be voided and sent to me. I would handle all future care through my PCP. Next think I know, they have scheduled me an appointment for what appears to be PT. I will not return to this clinic. The Norcross office is just a front to get you into one of their procedure offices. They are too aggressive and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to them.
